A pleasant hotel, my first choice in Edinburgh. Staff and location, everything was very good! The room was luxurious, with amazing castle view. The bar area was good, I enjoyed it.

The staff were consistently courteous, and the services were terrific. I have stayed in classic king room with a glass bathroom, air conditioning, for instance for 2 nights. The decor was nice and the atmosphere was quiet. They had a smooth check-in. Central location of this fantastic central hotel was a bonus.

I loved this hotel and stayed for 3 nights. Top location, walking distance to edinburgh international conference centre. The pool was amazing too.

Room was gorgeous, exceptional location and breakfast was plentiful. I really enjoyed having central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The whole lounge area was clean. Impeccable service and a great restaurant, available onsite. Besides, the parking was on-site. I had a really comfortable experience.
